Sell Your Land Today!

Q: How does this work?
A: If you are looking to sell your land, the first step is to complete our simple online worksheet so you can tell us all about your property. If we are interested in purchasing your property, you will get a written offer in days.

Q: How much will I receive for my property?
A: Before we can give you a price for your property, we need to do some research first. Some of the factors that determine the price of your property include:

  • Size
  • Shape
  • Location
  • Zoning
  • Road access
  • Assessed value
  • Market conditions
  • Availability of water
  • Distance to utilities
  • Area Demand

Click here to complete our online worksheet and we can get you a written offer in about a week.

Q: How long will it take to sell my property to you?
A: Most of the time we can purchase your property in 2-6 weeks, depending on how long it takes for the county to mail us your recorded deed. However, if you provide us with an original copy of your deed, we can often purchase your property in less time.

Q: What costs are involved in selling my propery?
A: None. We pay all of the fees and charges (see list below) associated with the transfer of title:

  • Closing costs
  • Escrow fees
  • Resording costs
  • Attorney fees
  • Real estate fees
  • Title insurance
  • Notary fees

Q: What if I owe money on the property?
A: If you owe money on the property we will need to look carefully at your individual situation. Be sure to mention any potential problems to us, either on the online worksheet or when you call us, so we can do the extra research necessary on your property.

Q: What if I don’t have my original deed?
A: No problem. You don’t need your original deed to sell your property to us. As long as your deed was recorded with the county, we can obtain a copy from the County Clerk to complete the transaction.

Q: Why should I sell to you when I can sell my home through an agent?
A: Most people have exhausted that option before coming to us and/or they cannot afford the real estate commissions; thus, they need to sell their property very fast. Each and every situation is different. We understand that and are willing to take action now to solve your real estate problem.
